On the Fourth Day of Giveaways...

Welcome to day 4 of "The 5 Days of Giveaways" here at Sweet Peas & Sassafras! So, here's the deal... I consider myself to be relatively crafty. But, I don't hold a candle to the many, many wonderfully creative ladies out there in the blogosphere. Seeing some of these ladies work knocks my socks off, for real!

One of the sites I really enjoy is called Make It and Love It. If you all don't follow this one, you should. Talk about a platform for inspiration!

A while back, I saw a post about "fancying up" a clock, and I about dropped dead. LOVED IT! I was pretty intimidated by the whole thing, but I knew it would be something I had to try. And, I did. I made it. I loved it!

Now, my work is not perfect. I am not a professional clock refurbisher, nor decoupager, nor rosette twister. But, I am pretty darn pleased with the results. Especially when they are hanging on the wall...

So, I feel a little indulgent doing this, but I have an extra clock creation for one of you lucky readers... I hope that you will find the beauty in like I do.

I have two versions, not sure which one I will be giving away... it will just be a surprise! Here are the sneak peeks... sorry about the quality of the pictures... low light + not-normal camera... ugh.

To enter, leave a comment telling me what your "dream clock" would look like!

Want extra entries? Become a follower, tweet, and/or share this giveaway through facebook… be sure to leave me an additional comment for each!

You must leave comments on my BLOG… facebook comments will not be counted, so hop on over. The giveaway will close at 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, July 11th and winners will be announced the following day. Random.org will be utilized for selection of winner!

Good luck!

Oh, and if your name happens to be Sherry or Monica, I hope you like these clocks! There is one sitting here for each of you, made assisted by our very own Sassy! Mod Podge + toddler = FUN! Congrats again on winning her giveaway! Oh, and, did I say a couple of weeks?? Because, clearly I meant months. Not weeks. Months.

{I was not compensated by Make It and Love It to host this giveaway.}

my dream clock would have a few extra hours on it- would it be too much to ask for 27 or 28 hours to get everything done and still get some sleep?!

First of all, yay for you!!! Those are friggin adorable!!

I have never thought about a dream clock before...I suppose it would be a mix of function (tell the time ,duh) and fashion to be a thing of beauty in the home

Those are AWESOME, Heather. I'm terribly impressed (especially since I'm not crafty. At all. You've seen my attempts at scrapbooking... :)

I'm with Kate on the dream clock... it needs MORE time! Other than that, I usually like clocks that are ecclectic and/or retro looking. I guess I like them to be kind of fun. ;)

I was just getting ready to enter this contest and say hnow much I love the clock, and just love clocks in general. I have one in nearly every room, EXCEPT for my bedroom. So I am thrilled that I am already getting a clock! And I will put it in my new bedroom. I won't enter this contest considering that. Thanks!

I don't have a dream clock. Never thought much about it. I do have a very special clock that was given to me by a friend that was killed in a car accident. My children know their lives are in serious danger if they ever touch it.

Um that first clock is made with fabric from the same collection that I used to make baby girls bedding. Enchanted Forest, from Hobby Lobby. So since I'm knee deep in baby projects (and I also follow Make it and Love it) I'm gonna put that as my dream clock. You did a great job and I wouldn't have to do it myself if I won :)

SO cute!! I love them! I am wayyy too lazy and uncreative to try DIY projects like this.

My dream clock would include cobalt blue and browns so it could go in my kitchen...is that boring? It sounds kind of boring when I read it..

I have to say, after I saw the actual clocks in person last night I am totally impressed that you made them Heather. I would probably go with a clock for my kitchen with many bright colors.
